Marquella “Quella” Dillard is a certified life coach and the Founder and CEO of Bawse Lifestyle, as well as the creator of the Bawse Life Blueprint™, a movement focused on helping women build lasting confidence, overcome self-doubt, and step fully into the CEO role of their lives. As a life coach and empowerment curator, she supports women in rewriting their stories, walking in purpose, and taking intentional action toward the life they want. Known as the #1 Virtual Goal Pusher, she is committed to helping women succeed and consistently reminding them of their strength and potential

Quella served as Board Chair of PSB Inc. for ten years, where she focused on leadership development and strengthening community empowerment initiatives. She is an author and award-winning DIVA whose work has been featured in the Richmond Times-Dispatch (2012), Richmond Free Press (2013), Urban Girlz Magazine (2017), Queen Size Magazine (2019), and Canvas Rebel Magazine (2026). Her impact has been recognized with the NAUW Unsung Hero Award (2018), the Central Virginia African American Chamber of Commerce Business Award (2022), and a HERos Nominee honor (2025). In 2025, she was also selected as a cohort mentor for the Dress for Success Central Virginia business program recognizing rising business owners.

Her work in education includes partnering with Virginia State University to help establish a campus chapter that supports students facing self-esteem and confidence challenges. Through this partnership, she has hosted empowerment workshops focused on personal and academic growth. She has also contributed as a raffle donor for Virginia Union University. Quella is committed to building strong communities and creating meaningful impact by helping women grow as leaders and move confidently toward their goals.
